  • Login to the website
  • Add products to your shopping cart (if necessary: remember to select color and size)
  • Go to the checkout page and enter your personal information and address** (You can fill in the S.F. station address)
  • Choose the payment method (We accept Paypal or credit card, if you need bank transfer or other payment methods, please contact us at /FB Inbox /whatapp 91669905
  • Complete the payment (you will receive an email or SMS confirmation from the system after successful payment, once the order is confirmed, no cancellation or modification is allowed)
  • After receiving the order, BearBra will arrange the shipment of the product.
  • Once BearBra has shipped the product, the user will receive an email or SMS notification and can check the status of the delivery by tracking code.
  • The product is successfully shipped to the user's designated address
  • In order to protect the privacy of our customers, all packaging and shipping documents in our store always indicate that the goods are clothing.

  • 完成付款 (成功後會收到系統的電郵或者手機短信確認，訂單一經確認，恕不能取消或修改) 
  • 收到用戶的訂單後，BearBra 會安排商品發貨 
  • 當 BearBra 發貨後，用戶會收到電郵或短信通知，可以透過追蹤編號 (Tracking Code) 查詢速遞的情況
  • 商品成功速遞到用戶的指定地址 
  • 為保障客人隱私 我們店內所有的包裝和運單上都一律填寫貨品為服裝 請放心購買

測量胸圍

Bra Size Calculator準備一條布尺，以公分來測量，裸身測量更精準，保持輕鬆自然的狀態，女性的身體較為敏感，進量避免在胸部及腰部膨脹的生理期或飯後測量唷!!以免產生尺寸誤差。

測量上胸圍 [breast]
向前傾45度，將乳房集中，布尺水平環繞背部至BP點一圈。

大概肚臍下方之腰圍，挺直背脊，水平環繞腰部最細水平線一圈。

兩側骨盆最突處之間的距離。

上方表格為適合臀圍的數據，消費者可依所需參考使用。商品因縫製、布料彈性等皆有所誤差，故誤差值於平放測量約2.5公分內皆屬正常範圍。

2. If you choose other payment methods, your payment will still be settled in Hong Kong dollars, and the actual amount of your payment will depend on the exchange rate of the card payment bank. 
3. For cross-country transactions, currency conversion fees (handling fees) may apply, so the price of the product is calculated by the exchange rate conversion and handling fees.

5. Is it safe to pay by credit card? Absolutely safe. Because credit card and Paypal both use encrypted servers to process the payment, and credit card information is not stored in our servers.

 

Delivery Fee


For Hong Kong customers: Free delivery service will be offered to customers who spend HK$299 or more, while HK$30 will be charged for delivery below HK$299. All our products are shipped by S.F. Express.

China and Macau customers: Shipping charge is HK$45.

For other regions: Shipping charge is HK$60.

送貨費用

香港客戶: 凡消費折實滿港幣299元即可享免費送貨服務，少於港幣299元則會收取港幣30元運費。我們的貨品全部由順豐速運發送 。

中國及澳門客戶: 運費為港幣45元。

其他地區客戶: 運費為港幣60元。
